The Meal Metrics Tray Card software application can be subscribed to for as low as $50 per month, per customer site. With each subscription, a customer is entitled to 4 unique users. Additional users beyond 4 per site can be purchased for an additional $5 per month.
Existing Resident Data can be imported for as low as $1.00 per person! Just provide us with an Excel Spreadsheet in the format below, and we will populate your Meal Metrics Database with your Resident Demographic Data:

Special Services - please contact us for more information
Technical or Conversion Services - $150/per hour. We can consult upon your requirements and potential data conversions from existing systems. If data can be exported from existing systems into a .SQL format, we can typically convert it into the Meal Metrics application. Please contact us for more information.
Web Based Training Services - $100/per hour. We offer web-based training for up to 10 connections at $100/hour. We can accommodate up to 25 connections, with each additional 5 connections available for $50/hour (training is scheduled and billed 1-hour minimum). Please contact us for more information.
Data Entry Services - $50/per hour. We offer Data Entry services for customers that desire that we set up their data environments, enter residents if not convertible, etc. Please contact us for more information.
With each Annual Paid Subscription, customers receive 1-hour of support per site/per year. Additional support may be purchased for $50/hour.
Live customer support is available via toll free call from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST. There is also a web-based support portal where issues can be logged, and issue status can be monitored.
